My husband and I wanted to write to update our success story and thank you again for introducing us! Chris & I met on CatholicSingles.com in January 2003. We became “e-mail pals” for 6 weeks since we lived three hours apart. We were not sure if we’d really have a “soulmate connection” because of the distance (and Chris was very against long distance relationships!).
We did decide to meet in the end of February 2003 at Busch Gardens for a “fun date.” It was more than fun — it was the best first date ever! We laughed and talked and rode roller coasters all day! I felt like I had just met my best friend, my soulmate! The distance did not end up being a problem as we saw each other every weekend and we talked every night.
Two months later we were engaged!! God does amazing things and we know He brought us together. Chris and I were married Feburary 28, 2004 at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Ft. Myers, Florida. We thank God every day for each other and blessings we have received.
