Contest Rules:

1. Open to all residing in the U.S. or Canada. Multiple submissions are allowed for every bona fide single "friends" email address given. Your full legal name and a valid email address are required with every submission. Proof of residency will be required.
2. Prizes are an Apple iPod 2GB Nano and the Grand Prize is an Apple MacBook.
3. iPod and MacBook are registered trademarks of Apple Computers.
4. In the event winner cannot accept the prize, the prize is forfeited.
5. Winner must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry and will be contacted via email.
6. Winner must confirm and contact us by October 11th, 2007 to claim prize otherwise all rights to prize will be forfeited.
7. Employees of Catholic Sites, Inc., CatholicThrive.com, GodofDesire.com, and CatholicSingles.com are not eligible.
8. Prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash exchange is permissible.
9. Catholic Sites, Inc. is not responsible for late notification or other internet delivery errors including but not limited to late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted, or damaged transmissions or entries. If winner no longer has access to the email address given to us then you will forfeit your prize. We are not responsible for delivery failure of prize notification regardless of reason.
10. Contest Period: Contest will begin at 12:01 a.m. PST on December 14th, 2006, and will end at 12:00 p.m. PST on October 1st, 2007 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible to win the prize.
11. Free Membership Referral: The free membership is earned when two paid members type your username during their signup process. New members must retain memberships for at least one month and their applications must be approved by CatholicSingles.com. Only new members who signup for membership from Sept 18, 2007-October 1, 2007 are eligible as credit for this promotion. New members are any member that has never registered with CatholicSingles.com before you refer them, and they must be eligible for membership as outlined in the online membership agreement.
12. Winner Selection: Entrants valid entries are attributed to the email address the Entrant references as their own when they submit their information and entry. Prize winners will be selected from all eligible and valid entries received during the Contest Period which ends at 12:01 a.m PST October 2nd, 2007. The Entrant who gets the most friends to sign-up will win the Grand Prize and three runner-ups will win the alternate prizes. Sponsor may announce winner on CatholicSingles.com, and will attempt to notify the winner by e-mail upon conclusion of contest. Winner must confirm and contact us by email to claim prize otherwise all rights to the prize will be forfeited. In the event winner cannot be contacted winner agrees to forfeit the prize. Submission of false information or bogus or invalid email addresses constitutes fraud and will forfeit entrant's eligibility.
13. Release: by entering the contest or accepting the prize, entrants release sponsor and its affiliated companies, as well as each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, liabilities, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection to the sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, liabilities, and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, or defamation), whether under a theory of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive, or imputed), strict liability, product liability, contribution, or any other theory. Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, Etc.: Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Contest constitutes permission to use winner's name, address, likeness, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. Online entrants agree to receive CatholicSingles.com newsletters or other promotional materials via e-mail including those of any affiliates or sponsors. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe option within any such email. As a condition of being awarded the prize package, each winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited by law, consent to the use of his/her name, address, likeness, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
