Success Stories

more about my self

This could take a long time, but I will skim the surface for now.
> I was born and raised out in the country, outside of a town called Weatherford,Texas. I am the second oldest of five children. I have an older sister, a young sister, and two mischievous, younger brothers. I have been raised Catholic all my life. My faith is the MOST important to me in my life, next to my family. I grew up in a very close family, being home-schooled all my life. My extended family pretty much takes up the whole of Rocky Ridge Street, for they all live near me; so, we are blessed with precious memories as a family. I have never moved once, so home is my cherished piece of heaven on earth. Home is the safe harbor that cradles our warm memories and precious dreams. Can you tell I am sentimental person!!! Ha Ha I am the type of girl who is independent and not scared to get her hands dirty doing farm type things, such as milking a cow and growing her own vegetables. I take great delight in the simple pleasures of life such as sitting on the porch taking in an evening sunset, or feeling the warmth of the fireplace during the winter days under a homemade quilt. I love to cook things, but not out of a box, but rather the old fashion way. I thrive on deep discussions, as well as light-hearted ones that end in a good laugh. I love reading simple stories about families during the pioneer times and how they became stronger as a family and as individuals through their struggles and their lifestyle. I love children for they are a blessing from God and I lOVE praise and worship music! I grew up in a family where family traditions are important. For example, my Mom, Dad and I every Saturday morning drink coffee on the porch and talk about everything or read our inspiring books. As you know though, I am at A&M so we are having to modify for NOW! Hum, I could go on, but I think that is enough for starters.
