I have found it hard to find good photos of me. The reason? I am usually the one running the goofy camera. I bet this happens to alot of people.

Running barefoot

I just read a neat book "Born to Run". So when the weather breaks I am going to try running ....again. My knees don't seem to like the pounding. To try something different I am going to run with Vibram shoes. Bare foot running is suppose to be great on the joints....
