My friends, I had the second part of my stress test today, it is a little over a year since my heart attack and stroke and almost a year since they found I have MS. My friends please take note:

Every 34 seconds the Center for Disease Control reports someone in the United States has a heart Attack; every minute someone dies.

Knowing the signs can save your life:
Chest discomfort
Discomfort in oher parts of upper body
Shortness of breath
Breaking out in cold sweat
Nausea
Light headedness

If you experience any of these symptoms, especially in combination with one another, call 911 immediately or get the the nearest hospital emergency room.
